Why We're Different From Our Competitors
We will take the time to:
- Review every policy at renewal and call you to thank you, review coverages, recommend a lower premium if we can provide it.
- Want you to call us with claims, billing questions, concerns…not an 800 number.
- Don’t have automated phone answering so that you have to listen to menu options and push numbers before you speak to a person who can actually help you.
- Call insureds whose insurance is in jeopardy of canceling for non-payment as a reminder to them in case they forgot.
- When we write you as a new customer, we cancel your previous policies so that you don’t have to call and tell your former agent why you’re leaving.
- Follow up on claims for you and continually check in with you to make sure the claims process is rolling along.
- We have a new driver orientation presentation in which we sit with your new driver and explain the insurance implications of responsible driving vs. irresponsible driving.
- Do not make a change to your policy unless we hear it from you. If an auto dealer calls to change a vehicle, or a mortgage company wants to change your homeowner’s policy, we need your permission. It’s your insurance and only you make the changes to it.
